Yeah, Raquel didnt' ever seem close to any of the Brazilian girls, not even Isabeli, who's been modeling just as long as her. I do find it strange that she doesn't hang out with the Brazilian girls as much.

Yes, they speak Brazilian Portuguese in Brazil. Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish is very similar, more often than not many Brazilians could speak some Spanish. I'm sure Raquel does. Yes, in Brazil there are hundreds of different nationalities, many coming from Germany, Italy, and Portugal of course, even as far as Japan, and also Africa.

Yeah, I was referring to Celia's animal foundation that she created years after she broke up with her rock star beau. Was the model you're referring to Janice Dickinson? I guess a lot of people must have done that.

Also I asked, because I once saw Fernanda Motta do a whole interview in spanish, and she really impressed my because if you didn't know her, you could swear spanish is her main language.

Oh, I think it did. She just continues to have some of those problems that she had in the late 70s. And that makes her seem a little whacky. She was always almost out of control....and that seemed a little more palatable when she was in her 20s than when she is in her 50s.

Yes, many Brazilians could speak Spanish as well, and vice versa with Spanish speakers.

I've seen interviews with both Gisele Bundchen and Isabeli Fontana in all Spanish interviews, it's cute, especially hearing it with their Brazilian accent.
