But we don't know from the quote that they were random. Also I am not saying that she is making it up either, I am just trying to figure out the circumstances and context which are vague to me. My initial read of the statement was that she asked for the list but upon re-read (and after I posted) I noticed that the statement can have more than one interpretation.

In the context of the interview , it was definitely not that she asked the girls to write a list. The girls 'made fun of her' at school but people outside of school always told her she should model. Quote : "I didn't have many friends in my year , I always socialized above my grade"
