I actually know the answer to this one but I still agree with you, speculating is fun to a point, but it drives me kinda nuts after a while...if we don't get hints and the answer eventually, the game sorta looses it's appeal.

When you say that the first girl switched representation after the 'event,' was this a complete agency switch? Or just a switch in agent/booker under the same agency? If this girl switched agencies, there's really only one 'major' move that comes to mind at that time...
