I highly doubt anyone would step to Agyness for some reason. Cara is definitely after Coco's time, so I'm thinking it was a younger British model from 2008 or so. Perhaps Imogen Morris-Clarke?

Fei Fei is in the background but I doubt it was meant for her.
I'm not sure what bamhutt is trying to say but it doesn't look like Ash was actually trying to give a snotty look. They edited out the actual sound and it seems like someone called her attention since she was playing around with Manon.
