I'm quite surprised the girl at RedCarpet blog said that about Joan. Not because I have a better opinion of Joan (remember that video from Dolce backstage?), but the blogger is SO diplomatic about people she writes about. I can't remember the last negative thing she said about anybody. Even if she hates how someone looks she will try to be nice about it and still find something to like. So the fact that she threw shade at Joan makes me think Joan is a mega b*tch.

Just expressing my reaction. That blogger's 'niceness' is one of the main reasons I don't like reading her blog very much. Sometimes it's like, just say so and so looks like crap. She won't. I don't believe she would say what she said unless Joan was really acting inappropriately. And plus, she didn't say that's how Joan is or always acts. She said that's how Joan was. Perhaps it's conceivable that it was a bad day for Joan.

i go back and forth with joan. i love her body of work as a model, and i think she's absolutely stunning, but when you hear stuff like this, it can be really off-putting. the same goes for abbey lee. but i also empathize with the fact that people do have bad days, and even though people can be cold and demanding, first impressions go a long way.

i try not to pay attention to these kinds of gossip anyways, but i'm kinda masochistic when it comes to these kinds of things. we ALL blame the attitudes of models we don't like, throw sticks and stones at them, but defend the attitudes of the models we do like. it's completely high school, yes, but it's also just basic human nature.

at the end of the day, i still LOVE hearing about juicy gossip, but at the same time, i will continue to like joan and abbey for their work as models, not for their attitudes as humans. well......maybe not so much abbey. her overall look has been scaring me a little lately.
