Model Behavior (PLEASE READ POST #1 BEFORE POSTING)

Wouldn't be surprising. Other agencies do similar things. I recall a Jones New York ad from many years ago where all the girls (4-5 of them, including Carmen Kass) were all Women models. And there was a recent mag cover (an international edition of Harper's Bazaar?) with 4 Next models. I'm pretty sure in both instances, the agencies maneuvered it so that only their models got the job. And I've read of agencies that will tell clients that if they want one of their big models, they have to book one of their up and coming ones for the same job. It probably only works if one of the models is a big deal. I don't know if either Lila nor Georgia are really big enough to pull off such a stunt, but Kate may be leveraging her own pull and status within the industry.
She also managed to grab this Zara Lingerie & Underwear (Zara) September 2024 campaign with only her models.

Vivi Orth talking about Naomi, she shared a moment of them together on a trip to Ibiza and emphasized how egocentric Naomi is, in addition to saying that it's time for her to be canceled for real, because Naomi has done a lot of sh*t and to this day she is applauded.

But the industry is too woke, guys!
cause it's not 2016, it's 2024, reversed racism is the real problem! 😩 (sorry, still laughing about a throwaway account posting this in the Saint Laurent campaign thread..)

I don't understand why not naming names, he/she likes public humiliation, let the person have it!... or can we start guessing who it was?

^ it's okay cause the waffle house index never went red there! 🤡 .. it's not like she's landing in Sarasota to get a massage.

Anyway, I can't figure out where else to post this. I've just noticed over the years, whenever there's Lila Moss or Georgia Palmer from KMA doing something major, there's also other models from KMA. It feels like Kate is saying, you can't have Georgia or my daughter if you don't also book these ones. This applies to to shows, editorials, campaigns... Thoughts?
I don't work in an agency any longer, but when I did deals like this definitely happened (though we didn't have the star power of a KM, so I can't speak to that)! Booking is so much haggling and brokering back and forth. Rates higher or lower for certain perks, etc. etc. Booking multiple models from our agency for a single project would be presented as a "discount" of sorts. It's also appealing to clients to book through one agency as that means communication is through a single contact as opposed to multiple. Then you start thinking about travel and accommodations, and working with one agency is so much easier. Kind of a win-win for both sides.
