^I think Natasha's absence from Versace shocked me the most!

Very disappointing... I hope Miuccia brings in an all-Asian cast next season to make a mark. Actually while she was at it with the dark-haired girls, she easily could have included a few stunning Asians. I really wonder why Italians generally feel Asian girls don't fit in their aesthetic. Castings as a whole need to reflect a more comprehensive worldview.Honestly, where are the Asian girls in Milan? Plenty in town and five of them huge names, but absolute no-shows at Gucci, Fendi, Prada, Moschino, and now Versace...I know Liu Wen is doing something else today, but the overall track record is honestly ridiculous, especially after their strong showings in NY.
It's funny, I could have used all those models casted at Gianfranco Ferre show for Versace
It seems that maybe Ferrè had the first pick over Versace. Interesting.
That wasn't the official casting board, if you go back a few pages you'll see that.

What do you mean by that, perhaps you should answer here.just hear that joe mckenna was the stylist. maybe that is the answer
Hmm, I can agree that it may seem like that at first glance, but I doubt it.
The fact that Daphne (the hottest thing since sliced bread), Freja, Monica Jagaciak, Joan Smalls, Abbey and Karmen, all girls who usually walk every major show, were at Versace, points clearly at Versace having first picks in my opinion.
But I agree that the Versace cast was very atypical.
