I arrived too late to watch the livestream it was already the finale.
How was the cast?

Came here to complain! What were all these people doing at Gucci? It looked like every other show so far, I'm so disappointed.

What a snoozefest at Gucci. It had been one of the last holdouts with its strong and consistent cast. You could always count on the regulars to appear. There were always very few newbies, so it was huge to be one of them. Tragic turn of events.

I was constantly checking if I was at the Gucci website in the beginning.

Look I like Carolin Loosen well enough, but opening and closing is just wrong.

Gucci used to be full of women who had such powerful personalities and auras, now it's just bland newbies.

A slap in the face for girls like Anja, Joan, Daria and Nadja. To walk amongst all these no-names. A Gucci show has never looked so sad.

Right? I get trying to freshen up the cast with new faces, but that show was dominated by girls who don't fit the Gucci aesthetic AT ALL. And as much as I love Liu Wen, her walking was the most random thing ever, seeing that she's in her 7th year & she's never been a fave of Frida. The most surprising thing to me was the absence of Suvi. I thought she would open the show since she was the newest campaign face, but she wasn't even casted! This is BS. They should come back in 3 days with the right cast & live stream it again. I didn't wake up this early to see these little girls walk Gucci.

On a positive note, I like Carolin Loosen and I'm happy for her.
I also thought it was nice to see Leila Nda, Liu Wen and Elodia Pietro, who has had a rough season so far.

I almost don't know half of the girls. Binx at Gucci seriously...
I enjoyed seeing Ondria, Daphne, Liu Wen, Nadja and the usual regulars but some were terribly missing.
The atmosphere was so dark it made everything even more depressing.

I know in the past we've complained that Gucci always plays favorites and uses the same women (Anja, Joan, Karmen, Kasia, Nadja, Natasha, etc)...but this was new face overload! They could have at least chosen more dynamic newbies.

Also, neither Kasia nor Karmen walked--wtf? They're two of Frida's faves.

Honestly I expected Julia and Maartje to be in the show. Everyone loves them. Remember Sasha Luss and Katya Riabinkina 4 seasons ago, they were everywhere. That's kind of where they are now at the moment, the new "it" girls the designers wanna work with or at least try out.


Binx being at the show didn't surprise me either. I no longer see her as a tomboy, she takes on make up well and she's got a pretty good walk. She looks like a Gucci girl to me now.


I really missed the two Amandas, Zuzanna, Kasia and Andreea. Carolin is too random for me to take, and so are the Eva, Clarine and Aneta.

Also, Zlata and Devon might have been casted for the show but they had some trouble with their flight to Milan so they probably missed the fittings.

She has been walking a lot, but she is missing a lot of the major shows that she used to book.

Yumi is also have a bit of a renaissance. Her look has matured a lot and she looks amazing.

Yeah, Larissa is a little disappointing this season. Then again, her look is a little too strong to be a consistent runway walker at a ton of shows.

Fausto Puglisi's cast featured many girls I wanted to see at Gucci.

Amanda, Lindsey, Larissa, Lina, Juliana, Kate, Katlin... the list goes on.

ETA: actually, all the shows today contained girls I wanted to see at Gucci. Yet they weren't there. lol
