Kendall booked Dolce and Gabbana, Pucci and Bottega Veneta. Im a little impressed because those shows usually book girls who actually fit the mood of their shows, but I dont know... something holds me back from actually really liking her. I keep trying to anazlyze if she booked the shows on her own merit or because she has a tv show and a gazillion ig followers.

^I feel the exact same, I think she's really pretty but I can't forget who she is, her family and the help she can get from that. However she looks quite bland on the runway and apparently that's very popular right now (unfortunately) so maybe that explains how she managed to book those shows.

I think she's alright. There are moments when I think she looks good and some where I think she looks so so. Plenty of uglier, weirder, and plainer models than Kendall walking these shows. If they had wanted to use her IG followers, they shouldve put her in more interesting outfits.

I definitely think she got booked thanks to her Chanel & Givenchy gig last season..and the fact that people will be up in arms talking about the show so yeah, exposure. She got booked more because her haters wont stop talking about her presence making people check out and discuss the shows more. Haters - 0, Designer - 1.

I think this season so far, especially in Milan, had been a great season for some asian or asian mix newcomers like Luping, Jing Wen, Sora, Issa, and therefore not so great season for the more seasoned faces (even Fei Fei the usual asian go to didnt get to walk many of her regular top shows, Liu Wen? Not even at D&G. Ji Hye, Tian Yi, Ming..gone..). It's expected I guess because the taste changes every season. That said, as much as I love my asian ladies, I dont get the hype of Dylan Xue. Maybe she's just in the wrong shows or styled wrong? I just dont see it. But she's walking some really great shows.

So glad to see Maartje Verhoef doing so well.

It's sad to see that Irene Hiemstra also was M.I.A. this season.
