Please elaborate, no matter how I try I see zero analogy. Especially regarding Julia B. who pretty much is a star in the making...

Ine didn't walk any shows since Tuesday morning... I doubt all major casting directors lost interest in her over night, in the middle of fashion week, so she probably left for a shoot or got ill or whatever. Not saying she would've been at Calvin otherwise, but more likely so than Alisa who's been struggling right from the start.

I hope Blanca Padilla will be the stunner who gets overlooked in NY only to explode in Europe. Her beauty may be too obvious for certain clients, but she has amazing cross-over potential, all it really takes is that one defining moment and then they'll all want a piece of her.

Calvin cast sucked, especially the lack of diversity

CK was such a bore. Barely any standout girls. They all just seemed to blend into one. And no surprises in terms of diversity, save for the two token models of color.

New York has definitely been off putting in terms of diversity, sometimes I can over look diversity which is an awful thing, if their are girls who particularly standout but that doesn't seem to be the case at any show this season. Finger crossed for Marc but with Katie Grands influence its doubtful.

Yawn @ the Calvin Klein cast, as usual. Three designers which in trems of casting never disappoint me during NYFW are Carolina Herrera, Michael Kors and Ralph Lauren. At least they are loyal to some models and don't "ditch" them after one or two seasons.
