Pale Or Tan...

for myself, i cant be pale. i actually get really dark in the summer, so much so that people think im native american, mexican, or mixed. i have brown hair and blue eyes, so its a great combo.

as far as women, i like any shade, pink to black

I tans on other people, but have the super pale look myself. I probably *could* tan if I tried, but I'm blonde, and don't want to look like a surfer chick

Quite frankly, I got tired of changing my skin color just to look better.

Now I just let it ride... no tanner or any of that stuff... plus my man repeatedly says he loves my fair skin.

If I ever want bronzer, I just slap on some bronzing lotion/gel and I'm good to go for the night.

I have naturally olive skin with very rosy cheeks. I used to hate it when I was younger because white skin=beauty in my culture (pakistani), but now I love it. I find that if my skin is clear and healthy, it's perfect the way it is. So many Pakistani women have white foundation all over their faces that they look like cakey ghosts. I definitely stand out amongst my mostly white and asian friends.

I love the color of skin people naturally have. I find pale people just as gorgeous as tan or black.

But I HATE fake tan, it looks awful and girls look just look stupid with it.

I'm quite pale with yellow undertones but I tan very easily. I remember going on holiday to Spain and everyone thinking I was Spanish. However, when I'm not tanned I stand out as being very pale due to my dark hair and eyebrows.

I'm very pale quite like it. I blush quite easily though. In the summer I get freckles and tan a little but not much. I don't burn to easy either though. Which is lucky since I'm allergic to sun cream. I do try and get a slight tan in spring time (to prevent getting burnt on the occasions the sun does shine) but due to the lovely Scottish weather I never go brown.

my face is pale, my arms/legs are tanned. looks quite funny during summer since no matter how long I'm sunbathing my face always remains paler than the rest. and sunblocker is essential to me, otherwise I'll end up looking like a fried lobster.

I start to 'feel' the tan look on myself as soon as arms start to get exposed...so I've started using dove summer glow...I'm only 2 days in and I can see a difference. Plus I look really pale in comparison to my Latin American bf...I'm trying to keep up

i like any skin color. diversity. but i do prefer tan and consider myself extremely lucky that im naturally really tan and golden. pale is beautiful as long as the person doesnt look sickly or ill. i HATE obviously fake tans when people are orange.
forgot to add i adoreeeeee deep skin tones, like rich chocolate brown. it really makes colorful clothes pop and stand out. love it!
