Hello guys, I need you're help...

I want to renew my garderobe - more New York-Parisienne-Elegance (at the moment I'm more sporty/Rock 'n Roll) and so I'm going to London on the 15th of December.
I'll have about 350-400€ to spend, so which items would you advice me, where can I buy them and what do you think are the essential items for such a look (more Parisienne then New York) ?

^ imo Wolford tights are essential, I recommend velvet de luxe 66 for an opaque look, miniskirts at COS..the best quality on the high street. V-necks in 100% cashmere UNIQLO has some great one's! and they are reasonably priced about 50 quid.
And high heels... or motorcycle boots with this look. When I think Parisienne I always think focus on the legs.

This past fall season I picked up a grey cashmere cable knit cardigan with wood latches and shawl collar.

I also recently purchased a "deadstock" Helmut Lang black moleskin suit (it says buckskin but that doesn't make sense), great cut and still with tags. Not sure of the season but definitely pre-theory and might even be pre-prada.
