It almost kind of reminds me of a Dries Van Noten collection.

I went through Prada only yesterday and
the mood absolutely reminds me of Dries Van Noten,
but she has done it 'her' way.

i dont see any 'east' influences, her story is 'old Europe'
and the theme -according to all reviews- is 'heroism'

here some faves

my Prada down points:

*didnt like the colours much, i could do with something happier or more
'unpredictable' co-ordinations.. i thionk the styling was not the best..
*hated the bare legs 'revival' that was quite lame (imo)
*seems as if they are trying to sell more ss 04 shoes, those were not real winter much more under the furs
*the 'marble' dresses were neither original nor succesful

Prada up points:

*higher waists (this new 'position' of the waist is quite fresh
*great little accessories (old school 'boy' college scarves, belts, pins & charms)
*the soft silk velvet
*the coats
*some small bags
*the continuation of the tie-dye idea and the tapestry prints & effects
