This is as grandma as it gets. The dresses look like curtains and the shoes look like bricks. Its unflattering and completely boring. And the models look like they just woke up in hospital after giving birth.

I actually like the lace, some of it is a little too over the top but it's very ornate and beautiful. The bags are awesome!!

Oh my, I LOVE this This is to me what Prada is about...subdued, but implicitly loud, classic yet incredibly new, mature, yet sorta tongue in cheek. The lace is amazing, I love lace. My favorite look of the show has to be the one on Isabeli, the blue top with the laced bottom, perfect hem. Love it. It's rare that I like a Prada show at first glance so

Indeed, that was my favorite look all around asweel.

I too have hated lace until I attacked it full on. Sometimes you have to face your demons face to face (or lace to lace).
Still, it didn't really take it anywhere novel enough but the black will look terrific in real life. Lace is like a leopard print- forever no matter what. Her observation of lace as one of life's components was astute to say the least. That is why her design rises above just normal ugly...
The accessories have taken an evil twist lately but some of them are beautiful and that's what counts in the end.
