Total look, isn't it? I wouldn't be surprised to see Anna herself strutting the streets dressed like that.

i love that it's unafraid FASHION. there's no shying away from any part of that look. the genius, of course, remains that for the average non-editor consumer, any piece with those distinctive stripes or insane curlicues will instantly summon that same madcap prada spirit.

I love this Prada colection, but something say to me that i'm going to get tied of it

^^ of course, because we're going to see it... EVERY WEEK when a new magazine issue comes out.

So I'm wondering if we can discuss this here but I'm sure everyone is aware of the SS11 campaign that was supposedly leaked a few weeks ago. Anyone think that Miuccia wanted to just take a short sample of our opinions before having the images removed?? I'm just wondering...

very "1984" how all traces of that thing and the reactions to it disappeared, isn't it? :ninja: i don't think she wanted it out at all would be my guess.

well I mean thanks to my trusty Google Reader I've managed to salvage one image and there is one blog that has all the rest of them :) but sadly I had uploaded them to my postimage account and i found out 2 days ago that they were in fact deleted...

Hmm, I don't really think Miuccia was interested in knowing everyone's opinion before the official release but if it was indeed "planned"... wow, this woman KNOWS how to make controversy.

I applaud your efforts in posting editorials using this collection, it is definitely something everyone should do in other collection threads. Keep it going, guys!

I can assure you that is was not planned. Here's what's happening:

Moderators Note: IMPORTANT!! Please help Prada in protecting their unpublished campaign!

Last week, Prada put tFS on notice that there are images from this campaign that are circulating that have not been published yet and were illeagaly taken, in violation of their and Steven Meisel's copyrights. To comply with the law, and as a professional courtesy to Prada we are removing them as soon as we see them.

Please do not post these unpublished images. The unpublished images have not been edited and photoshopped and have no copy on them. If you are unsure if the images that you have found are the unpublished ones, please just PM any moderator with the images you want to post, and we will advise.

All Members: Let's all help Prada in trying to control this problem, so that they may present them when the images are ready for release and looking thier best. Please report any posts that you see that may have the suspect images and the moderators will review them.

Thanks for your help.

i love these price points. i'm curious where some of the menswear will come enter the market.

Miuccia can do no wrong right now. Take an editorial collection with pieces that you would only think to see in magazines and put it at an affordable(well to more than normal) price point.

This colection will be like McQueen SS 2010 shoes and dresses, or Miu Miu FW 2010 dresses.
I really hope that Prada shoes for men have a nice price, one day they'll be mine!
