From the tiny images I can see on my blackberry the collection looks amazing. I was worried that the smoke machine and tattoos would be a gimmick used to cover a poor collection, but I was obvisously wrong.

I'm excited to study the full collection.

Well it's nothing new for them, and that is a little disappointing in a way. I love their collage-like approach to design, I really do, but I want to see what else they're capable of at this point. So far this feels very familiar to me, more so than last season where they kept the techniques the same but changed up the shape and look of the clothes.

On a purely aesthetic level though I freakin love warrior women and apocalyptic beauty, so I am excited to see this all together.

I love it! There's so much detail it's overwhelming. I love their clever use of fabrics, it's such a fresh take on things.
Recycling fabrics is something they're really good at.

The tribal prints, the hair, the raginess of the clothes, it's like the sisters are saying
"The Rodarte woman originated from a different species than any other woman" which is essentially the ultimate form of originality.

I love it very Witchey. I know it is similar to last season but they have such a strong point of view that they can continue what they are doing and not get tired or boring. I cant wait for a full video.

this season is a textural orgasm, seriously. I am dying over the combination of materials and the effect of some of these dresses. I almost died when I saw some of the dresses... simply gorgeous.

They have only ever been so so to me but lately I'm so on the Rodarte train. I don't really like the tats but I'm loving this collection. Their label is just exciting.

So far I have not been impressed by NY at all so yay for Rotarte.

There is so much going on in every one of these creations. There's sequins, ropings, rumpling, wrinkling, cutouts, zippers, shredded knits, tight leathers, you name it. Sounds like an impossible task to take all of that and put into a cohesive and structured collection that actually works as a collection. But they did it. Perfect!

I'm a bit disappointed right now because it looks very similar to the last 2 seasons. I want to see what else they can do. I see a lot of what they did last season in this. I understand that these collections are progressing slowly but there isn't a big enough difference from their last two collections.
