Well I don't know if it's Garance moving to NYC or love or whatever, but it seems that she is forgetting her French. Her post today is full of spelling mistakes and her writing style is going downhill I don't mean to sound like a teacher, but I find it annoying as a reader

what? she can write in her own language? how on the earth it is even possible?

Her posts are shorter and shorter... and when she writes a bit longer, she even apologizes about it !! It's so sad. I loved to read her and I loved it because it's nice not having only pictures. She also used to take pictures of "normal" girls, very pretty, but not working in fashion or not models, whereas now she's only taking pictures of designers, stylists, models, etc. It's no longer as interesting as it used to be.

^I believe she did once say, that there was nothing interesting any more about taking a picture of a person on the street- though I think this was part of a conscious decision on her and Scott's part to be seen more as 'fashion' photographers and not just 'street' ones.

I wonder if she and Scott are living together now that she's moved to New York, and how this will play out professionally for her- I do believe she's doing quite well.

^It sure does. I know I almost never visit her website anymore because of its lack of authenticity. It's all about Me&MyBFF*insert fashion people's name*. Good for her she's somehow "successful"; but is it a reason to stop photographing people in the streets? I don't think so. I liked her blog because of that: she seems to be a nice girl who always found the most interesting people. Now it's just boring and pretentious. Plus, her articles aren't interesting anymore and her photographs' quality has decreased. You see a slideshow with her older shots, and they look waaaaaaaaay better than what she's been doing for the past 6months/year.

the reason why i used to read her blog was because of the people shots, not her fashion friends, you can find those anywhere. to be honest i think i stopped reading her a little bit after she started dating scott, i can't stand him or them together!
