^ Tanning can get you skin cancer too, so it's really irresponsible to tell scandinavian or fair skinned people in general to tan because it looks better. Sure, a tan is nice but it's also very risky.

I've definitely sworn of tanning since I had an awful sunburn three years ago that made me become really scared of possible cancer. Sun exposure yes, but only with tons and tons of sunscreen. Therefore, yes, I agree, a bikini has to look cute on someone and that's all that matters

I haven't checked out all of the new bikinis at H&M yet. Are they all padded like crazy again?

^ Most of the bikinis are not padded at all, which I really like. Others have really thin lining.

u can say that tanning at solarium was in the last decade, because this is disgusting. but not tanning on the beach, come on!!!
is this good to looking like scandinavian white person? i dont think so.

OMG tanning on the beach and in a solarium = the same. I just thought people didn't do it anymore, because, you know, the risc of skin cancer (not just for fair people, but for everyone).

But what do you know... I like looking like a Scandinavian white person, I don't have any choice really

haha I'd rather be pale and skin cancer free than be tanned too, the Ida so I get you. Plus what does age have to do anything with it? A good sunhat is always necessary

I wonder if the blue bikini I ordered is good for swimming...wouldn't want anything to pop out

BTW the swim wear ads on TV are delicious.

i have a feeling, u guys have never been to exotic/ tropical place and dont know how great is to get nice tan and be happy. of course with a high sun protection.
i never go to solarium , i dont like- it is so bad for ur skin.
and sun- u will get a lot of D vitamine into ur body which u need to be happy all year long.

^I guess I'm really glad I have other things in my life that make me happy and I don't need a tan to feel good You can enjoy the sunny weather without exposing every inch of your body to the sun. Especially the skin in the chest and midriff area are very sensitive and I don't see why one would have to wear the tiniest bikinis to get a tan there (and if I do want to get an allover tan I'd rather go topless anyway ).


I agree, the TV adverts are great! The print ads, too. H&M beachwear ads are always amazing anyway

During the summer there can be plenty of sun in Scandinavia so you can get a tan here and many do. Personally I don't really like lying in the sun as it always leads to burning and exema even though I use SPF 30+ You can get colour (and vitamin D) by simply being outside and moving around. No one says you have to lie and soak up the sun. Besides fish is a good source of D vitamin B)

I like a lot of H&M's beachwear but they're too small for me and the pieces in the BiB range doesn't have a very good fit IMO.

I wish I could get a tan more easily like normal people lol. It's really hard for me to get a tan and I still look white and the same as I did hours before I started tanning (from sunlight). I hardly ever get sunburned too. I guess in a way I'm lucky too. I always use sun protection though. Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it isn't there. I wouldn't have to worry about tanning lines wearing that bikini from Moka1. I just wonder if I'm fit enough to pull it off.

Same here, I don't tan much, only on my shoulders, face and arms, but I don't burn either.

I love it! it has such a great, deep emerald colour it's totally different than on the pic at nitrolicious.com. also, it's from the Trend section.
unfortunately, even though the colour is so flattering - the fit is not for me at all pants are ok - not to high and not too small either, but the top is making my boobs so flat (and I'm not very blessed in this section... lol)
I wish it was at least under-wired.

I need my hat the first few days as my body is not used to the heat, sun hats keep me cool-love a big floppy one,infact one I got from h &m several seasons ago.

I love the ads too. Although I dont know if I will get a beach holiday this year sooooo dont know if its worth buying the swimwear

sorry to arrive late to the tan fight! but who wants to get burned down the sun at 40 degrees when you can look super cute in a bikini and a huge chic hat. Maybe im getting old or maybe Im just accepting getting tanned isnt for me... and H&M bikinis with zero support neither.

Im as white as a scandinavian person -since somebody mentioned them before- even tho Im spanish and i live near the beach. I go from ultra white to ultra red... and Id rather stay as white as I can.

Now back on topic, i've spotted some great pieces from the new collection in nitrolicious, im in love with those
