I don't know about Houston, but they are opening one at the North Park mall in Dallas. There's a preview store that's open until April and the real store is supposedly opening in October.

Yes, the way you describe it the cardi seems to be one size only! Maybe take a screenshot of the page and post it here, then I can tell you for sure
