aldn -- I don't work there so I can't say with 100% certainty, but I don't think they release before they are supposed to. I say this because I've asked for certain items and I've been told (by several employees) that they have a release schedule they are bound by.

I've wondered if we get items early because we are a sort of "test bed"? In other words, do our economic demographics help them make decisions for the rest of the US H&M locations or perhaps our weather patterns mean something to their marketing strategy?

The US will release the collection on November 19th in select stores. The collection will be available in about 300 stores worldwide. In addition, Donatella Versace has also designed a pre-spring collection for H&M which will be exclusively available in countries with H&M on-line sales from January 19, 2012.

I bought these leather trousers from H&M less than a month ago. I wore them once about 2 weeks ago and they were fine. However when I took them out of my closet a couple days ago I noticed that the color has faded from black to a blue color with streaks of the original black in places. I have no idea how or why this happened, but is there anything I can do about this? Can they be dyed back black?

Yeah, I agree. They shouldn't do that. The only reason I could think they might do that would be if they had been left in strong light?

I wish I could, but I bought them on vacation in Las Vegas. The closest H&M to me is 5 hours away.

honeycombchild, they've been sitting in the dark in my closet. But I'm wondering too if they were exposed to too much light or heat when they were in my suitcase while I was traveling.

if you bought them with your credit card, and then call your credit card company. you will get the money refunded.

mamochan i work for h&m. would you like the customer service number? i would offer the address to where you can return the garment but if you don't have the receipt or it's past 30 days it would be of little use to you.

aldn, it's right at 30 days since I bought it over Labor Day weekend so yeah it probably wouldn't do me any good. Thank you though!

^and you can still get store credit after 30 days with a receipt...usually defective merchandise can be returned, no problem.

Thought some of the fall concious collection would show up on Ebay but nothing yet. I hope the jacket I want pops up there. We didnt get any of the collection. Anyone buy anything? How about the jacket with the tie at the neck? How is it?
