I spotted this stuff at my H&M trend department today, first a cashmere/silk blend tank, then a shredded tank and an oversize dress, all 179,- DKR, which is approximately 30 dollars.

I have to get this paper done and get my *** downtown. I need tank dresses!

I got this silk-cashmere tank and the shredded top last week. I love them both, especially the silk blend tank - it's soo soft. Those will be perfect for my upcoming vacation in Australia.

I also tried on the oversized dress but it didn't fit well and looked really unflattering. It's from the organic cotton line by the way.

There are really cool t-shirts in the Men's Trend department right now. They're very slim cut and longer at the back than in the front. I got one in white (it's a bit sheer, love that!) in M and I could wear it as a mini dress or over shorts.

Cherry: Yes it is, but the Trend/Organic line I think. At least it was placed with the Trend stuff at my store. :)

I think so, yes. But since they started this stupid test phase of mixing up the trend line with the regular women's line I'm never sure >.<
Gah, really this is sooo annoying, it takes so long to look for something specific from the trend line. I'm sure this strategy won't make them raise their profits.

Sorry but how do you tell what clothes are from trend and what are from the regular line? :flower: The store near me basically has everything mixed up :ninja: I found the Divided zipper skirt near the lingerie section.

i think the H&M's in europe and america have completely different sales strategies.

in the US, older stuff tends to "disapear" from the racks. i think it is put into storage and new stuff goes out on the racks. this forces shoppers that were were thinking about buying older item to buy the new items that are out at full price instead.

in my local stores there is "old" stuff out on the racks for sale at 50% off. stuff that i havent seen for months and months...

does anyone else notice this?

i think this is dishonest, it makes the buyer think that the item they originally wanted is "sold out". retailers like target do not do this. this is why i prefer to get a lot of my clothes at target.

i dont think h&m do this, or atleast in the uk they dont! we dont have stockrooms as such so unless it absolutely positivitely couldnt fit out or if its not really in season [shorts in winter] alll stock is on the shop floor [apart from accessories and cosmetics of course alot of which arrives in bulk/100% orders]

my H&M has a massive stock room. i think thats where they hide it. i also think they transfer poorer selling items to other larger stores...

OF COURSE the mail man was here while I was away for 30 minutes handing over my paper  Now I have to pick my package from H&M up in the post office tomorrow. I want my stuff!

Ida: I hate when that happens. I'm at work the whole day so if no one from my family is home when the postman comes I always have to pick up my parcels from the post office. And the post office closes at like 5 PM!

Verene: The trend clothes has a rose colored label in the back of the neck :)

Thank you :flower: I'm still confused though; there are so many lines in H&M... such as Divided, Organic Cotton, LOGG and some I've never seen. Probably because the store near me has never been organized :ninja:
