UK Vogue March 2014 : Daria Werbowy by Mario Testino

that editorial styled by kate is hideous!! she looks terrible...and that's a hard thing to do
Seriously! The entire ed, but especially the styling is just embarrassing to me! I guess having a great personal style doesn't translate into being a great fashion editor, so far at least.

Wow! Lucinda Chambers and whoever scouted the location for Rainbow Babes did an amazing job! Those clothes in that environment are killing me. (I don't know if the stylist is in charge of location scouting or if it's solely up to the photographer...or if there are location scouts in the business...?)

Alasdair McLellan + Sam Rollinson is always magic! Love the feeling of the ed and Sam's smile!

Testino's edit is quite good and I love the styling. I wish they'd chosen one of the "active" shots for the cover.

The set design in Pop Core is stunning!

I wish Georgia and Charlotte were more beautiful and better models because that Tyrone Lebon ed has a lot of potential. It's not believable, though. With good models and a better photographer it could've been amazing.

Testino should retire forever.

Kate's story is empty... Really empty. I've found pouddles deeper than her.

for an edition as bustling as March, UK Vogue sure does a fine job picking the blandest models out there. meh. i really wanted to like this issue because Daria. too bad.

Absolutely love Georgia and Charlottes edit, the styling is fantastic and I love how it tells a story, makes me want to be there.

I throughly enjoyed reading the article about hairstylist Sam McKnight. The article is very grounded and unpretentious, a real enjoyable read.

Aside from Testino's story, I'm left underwhelmed with the rest of the issue. I hope the April issue is more compelling.

What I mostly loved about the issue was the sense of fashion Kate Moss has, I really loved the editorial and how not-so-mainstream it was.
