UK Vogue September 2014 : Cara Delevingne by Mario Testino

i actually thought naomi could have got the cover, her section was quite lengthy and interesting!

I'm just wondering why so many people (include me) cannot stand Cara but she's still everywhere....

i dont think a lot of people can stand her, i especially hate that she is everywhere here because she's british

the wolf shoot is good but it does call to mind the mcqueen show, wherein alexander already used and thought of this concept...

I quite like Sorrenti and Webber's stories but the rest ranges from ho-hum to pure trash. Am trying to think, this may well be the worst September issue I've seen from UK Vogue. It's boring as boring can be.

Well since it is Kate's direction it dies make sense age would take inspiration from McQueen.

It's not like the quality of Kate Moss' styling is important, it's that she just styled it. I personally do not care about the name tag that comes with the editorial; I do not see any distinctive styling in it. It's funny how Vogue UK is forcing upon "Supermodel styles contemporary icon" mantra for a supposedly good quality editorial content.

I can see how it's a selling point though.. A lot of people are fans of Kate's personal style.. In a way, an editorial styled by her might even appeal to a moss fan even more than a kate edit because they look to her street style as a personal guide to their own style.

Case in point. I am aware of that but is the styling in editorial how Kate styles herself in real life? I doubt she'd wear some of the looks in the ed but then again like you said it'll definitely appeal to the cult of following she has made over the last two decades.
