Bella's editorial is so random.

Maybe because the 80's were a very important era for french culture and french fashion in general. French people are generally quite nostalgic about the 80's...It was an era of hope and exhuberance in contrast with the 90's.

True. Other than the social scope of society (the LGBT sect in particular), culture saw a massive shift, but also a return to vulgar excess. France would give us Lacroix, who dominated those entire 10 years with poufy dresses and crinolines. So I do get why the French will always wax lyrical over that decade.
But back to Alt, I don't personally have a problem with nostalgia. Indeed, it should be more encouraged by other editions and brands (American and British Vogue, for instance). But with VP it's an obsession which has been raging for the past 3 years in every issue. These editorials are actually not bad on their own, but grouped together like this it's stifling. She needs to move on now!

It's been a long time since i bought VP so i got this issue because i wanted to look and read the contents.
But the cover didn't appeal to me when i saw it.

I don't like Anna's editorial at all. I like Luchford and McLellan's edits but thats about it; the rest is boring. Hope the March issue is better

Anna's cover story (the one thing I was most looking forward to) is a little underwhelming IMO, and I'm disappointed. There's a couple of fab shots like the closeup with the camouflage hood (which I'm sure would've been a contender for the cover) but the rest is.. OK. Alt's styling is rather intriguing but David Sims' photography is just so flat and doesn't contribute anything whatsoever.

Bought this... And honestly, I rather throw my money to the bin. WHAT A NONSENSE OF A MAGAZINE! It's just even worse than Vogue Hellas... I just saw it all in half a minute. It's like not seeing anything...

I can't understand how someone can be as untalented as Alt. I honestly can't. It's like a terrible catalogue from a mass market chain... Beyond uninspired. I just feel so s***** for buying this again.

The only thing I like about this issue is the reprint of Malgosia's picture.
