There is actually a book called "Vogue Paris Covers: 1939-2009" (if I'm not mistaken). A lot of great stuff was published in it.

Yeah. I guess it's everywhere in Paris, in every book shelf. It costs about 35 € (I'm not sure about its price). The main part of this book is obviously the vintage covers, and I don't like the vintage magazines at all, so haven't bought it. But recent covers (à partir des années 2000) are really great.
