I'm not sure, I believe all the covers are mixed up. I think there is no gradation by year, so you can't be sure, but according to its title all the covers should be printed (I actually just leafed through the pages, didn't pay much attention to that).

she´s not Linda Vojtova, this girl is Linda Nyvltova, slovak model, who had just perfect face for photoshootings...unfortunately, she is not very tall, that´s why never was really famous at catwalk... btw. she is winner of Elite Competition...i´m not sure about the year...think 2000 or 2001

It might have been in a VP issue. They published several "ads" asking people to send old VPs.

Also, someone should steal away their photoshop... the photographs before the mid 90's look so much better- like real, beautiful women, not Barbie dolls.
