also ground Y is supposed to work as an infomation desk/concierge for overseas customers. seems like you can ask anything about overall YY products. I guess what made them find this type of service necessary was their valuable experience with you last fall. it is in parco and is managed directly by YY inc (I mean it's different from regular corner stores that are basically under the department stores policies. they've got more flexibility there).
