Your Signature Scent

My all time favorite are Salvatore Ferragamo and L'eau Par Kenzo.
Funnily I dont have either now.

Trying to finish my bottle of JLo Still and CK One Summer. Both were gifts. I usually spray a little as I have sensitive nose and hence its taking ages to deplete.

i drown myself in angel by thierry mugler. <3 i love to associate stuff with smells & i like to think that when people smell that perfume, they think of me. :) xo.

I wear Armani Black Code

Are you of Russian/Eastern European descent, by any chance?

To my list before, I forgot to say, that when I'm working in an office, such as for this summer's internship I wear my Lancome "So Magic." It was a gift. It smells nice and is fairly light, but just seems a bit serious to me. So I definitely made sure to wear it for the Republicans lol, lest they start to sniff out the traitor in the room.

So Magic part of the Miracle range, right? If so, that's a very work-appropriate perfume. Crisp and professional, but sufficiently feminine.

Yes. It's from my godmother. I've had it for a while since I've never worn it regularly. Actually I wore it a lot in the first semester of my freshman year of college. But it's not sufficiently me for a day-to-day basis.

i was all about burberry brit, until they stopped selling it. i then switched to armani sensi, armani code, then now gap dreams (so nostalgic, reminds me of my old Seventeen mags perfurm inserts ages ago ). Will finally try lancome Miracle or Hypnose.

Now, Intimately - Victoria Beckham.
it's lasting so long!

Diptyque 'Olène'. I didn't realize how much I like it until the bottle was empty. I only ever put on a tiny bit of it, just enough. It's very 'me' and that's what I love about it.. I feel like the scent is me.

I think it's funny how much a scent can be part of a person. I had to wear my mother's L'air du temps on my sister's wedding day but I associate that perfume with my mother since I was a little girl. Wearing that scent felt like I was wearing someone's elses' skin. It felt really strange to have it on me.

BoudiccaWODE

not only does it suit me and smell nice on me,it's the first scent that i completely relate to. every element is indicative of my own personality(much like their work)....strong,quiet,organic,intense,emotive,poetic,romantic....

I love the idea of a fragrance disguise, Milada, and now I'm wondering if this would work with my family

Mine is Elixir des Merveilles by Hermes, it seems.
I just love it.
Though I wear Terre d'Hermes a lot, more people comment on the Elixir :)
I adore Kelly Caleche but I only have a small bottle of eau de toilette.. desperate for some more.

What is it that you want them to think? If only it were so easy to put complicated subliminal messages in people's minds through a douse of fragrance. It's like brewing a potion. A little bit of this to be conservative, a little bit of that to make them sense ambition, and mix all together with an overwhelming draft of success. Not gonna lie though - fragrance can get across a lot of points.

And now a question for everyone. How do you distinguish between scents you love and one that is truly you? I'm certain there has to be a difference. There are quite a few whose smell I'm highly attracted to, and while pleasing, I'm not sure that they actually represent me. Obviously in many cases there is a difference between your day to day scent and your clubbing perfume.

^ There are so very few I like that the question of whether they're me or not never comes up

Let's just say my family is very similar to your coworkers ;) Last get-together the topic of the environment came up  I was just thinking something to make them forget I was the cygnet in the nest for a few hours
