All Black... All The Time!

I see nothing wrong with wearing all black -_-
Same here. I just... can't pull it off very well.
I have shoulder-length black hair as well and when I wear black, people ask me if I'm "depressed".

i love all black, but i agree that you have to do it properly with good fabrics, textures, cool shoes, etc. and with minimal makeup.

however, i hate it when people wear it because they "think" wearing all black is a fashion statement. like, i always think of the cosmetics girls at the mall wearing all black because they think they are the epitome of fashion.

^ most probably they are asked to wear all black by their employers, to avoid serious fashion mishaps and obtain uniformity with minimum cost, since everybody can achieve an all-black look with their own clothes...

Depends on the material and cut of the clothes. Wearing all black simple clothes, such as a wool skirt and a pullover, is rather boring. Not very fresh. But if you wear black clothes with good details and/or interesting shapes, then it is very chic!

I wear a lot of black for every day in Fall/Winter, but I always try to brighten it up with some colourful accessories. Very subtle though, like a scarf and gloves. In Stockholm, everyone wears black in the winter. I thought about this while on the metro yesterday. Everyone, in the part of the carriage where I was sitting, was wearing black. It was very funeral-ish..

i had veered away from this for some time...
but i am definitely veering back to it...

:ninja:............:innocent:...

:p

Honestly, I feel best in all black. I'm slowly adding more color to my wardrobe...like grey for example. I've bought some grey items recently.
Well...its a start. :innocent:

Looks very sleek and chic. I wear a lot of black, but I try to jazz it up with a colorful accessory. :)

I love wearing all black. It's also easier to do the laundry when all you own is black :)

I've never worn all black - usually there's a hint of one color in a shirt or an accessory. It's fun to disrupt the visual just slightly. The only issue I run into when wearing black is I attract lint and dust so quickly that I'm brushing my clothes off for most of the day.

I have a lot of black clothing but I tend to contrast them either with a brightly colored pair of shoes or dress. Something colorful. It brings some life into the outfit :)

I do it all the time during the fall-winter season. It's certainly not my favourite but it's classy, you know? I think if it's styled right, anybody can pull it off!

I don't think I could ever wear all black. I would hate missing out on getting to wear colors.

I usually throw on a non-black scarf or wear a brightly coloured poloneck under a black day dress for a bit of contrast. However, I don't think it's the slightest bit weird to wear all black.

I wear a lot of black. It's simple, and it never goes wrong. Which means I can put on whatever I find when I wake up in the morning like a zombie :p
