I'd have to say Prince William mainly because of all the community service that he does. I think its great that he (as well as Harry) can use his "celebrity power" and family name to help the needy and to hopefully influence others to help out. I really do not know much about the other prince, he's cute...and I've seen pics of his sister (at least I think its his sister)...and she's really pretty...

Andrea has few chance to take power in Monaco and even if it was the case, Monaco is such a ridiculous rock with only circus, casinos and gross women who intended too much plastical surgeries... I'd rather go for London!!
