When I order online sometimes I have trouble with my local bank, like they won´t authorize the purchase and I have to phone them and clear it. But the company would send me an email saying that they cancelled my order for that reason, what reason did they give you?

Definitely not a credit card issue. *sighs*
 
It is most likely because of the total amount, I assume it's for security reasons? That sucks though!
 
Their customer service is just wonderful. The German post apparently lost one of my orders and ASOS just sent me the item again in less than a weak without any trouble. The orders aren't tracked so they wouldn't have needed to do this but they just apologized (for what, I wonder??) and hurried to send it again. I've never experienced that before. I'm incredibly happy and thankful and needed to share this. :lol:

The customer service IS really friendly... Acne as well as fantastic customer service!
 
I can track my orders as long as it concerns ASOS but not the mail status. I'd need a tracking number for that. They don't provide one, do they?
 
Actually you can... It should say in your mail (the one that says "your order has been dispatched"

Yes, I know that mail but when I click on the link it will take me to my purchase overview. Than I know that the order is on it's way but not where exactly it is right now, if it has already been given to the local post or not. :unsure:

Have you written them yet? Usually they reply very quickly!
 
^in my case: international shipping is Standard delivery, a non trackable service. Delivery for my country is 10 working days, it´s been 14 so far. I´ll wait until the end of this week, if the package doesn´t arrive I´ll send an email...

I think this might only be available to UK customers. As kokobombon pointed out, they use international standard delivery and that's a non-trackable service.
 
I am a customer from Austria... that's why I was surprised that it doesn't work for everyone! I hope your parcel will arrive soon!

I sent an email complaining about my order and they said that they´ve lost the package and since the items are out of stock they´ll refund me the amount :doh: :cry:
 
I think I´m officially done with Asos. Apparently they don´t deliver certain brands to my country so those three Mango tshirts that I wanted, I can´t order :judge:
