It's not the same dress, the other one had puff sleeve and this one is sleeveless. I think if she wasn't able to wear a bra then she shouldn't have worn the dress, in my personal opinion it's tacky.

Here are some pics of Kate from 2007 and one from when she was young. I have to say imo she had that ugly duckling thing going on when she was younger. I just can't believe how much she looked like a boy. But she has come a long way so I will give her credit for that.

The Daily Mail has revealed the maker of that...yes that...sheerbacked black dress Kate was spotted wearing a couple times such as in September when she had lunch with her mother. The dress is by Issa and has been worn by a range of celebs including Hillary Swank and (in the same version as the one Kate sported) Scarlet Johansson.

Kate is a huge Issa fan so it appears. Her Concert for Diana dress was by Issa and she has been spotted in several other of their dresses. Back in August 2007, Kate actually sported the same Issa dress two days in a row. And if you are in love with that dress as much as Kate apparently was, you can buy your very own from Net-a-porter for $330.

Definitely her hair is her best feature, and she also has good legs, I think. I like her body mostly, but I am partial in favor of the boyish, moderately-athletic figure.

I don't think not wearing a bra to a wedding is tacky somehow, lots of women in strapless or deep v dresses don't wear bra's. In fact, I would say wearing a dress to an event is the one occasion where if you can get away with it, it's perfectly acceptable to not wear a bra. If a girl can get away with it, i'd much rather see her wearing some sort of event attire than if she's just running errands or something in which case, there is no need to go without! Anyway, i'm not sure that makes sense but either way, I think she's small enough to get away with it, plus the dress is black which makes it easier to hide PLUS she could easily be wearing one of those things that you stick on that gives support but isn't a bra per se. I like that shot of her in the brown boots with the all black outfit but seriously all the looks I see it's like why kate why. It's almost like she goes out of her way to find things that don't flatter her body. She dresses so mumsy it hurts.
