Except for the belt and hat, I like it. It feels more fashion-forward than many of her recent choices have been. So kudos to the stylist she doesn't acknowledge for getting her to take a risk.

She finally picked a great outfit on her, although I would have loved to see the diamond and sapphire drop earring and a different belt and shoes with this outfit. But overall, it's a great choice. I hope we see more of these types of outfits.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge joined Queen Elizabeth at St Pancras Station on Thursday, where they travelled to Leicester to for the start of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee tour.

Looking beautiful in jewel tones, Catherine donned an LK Bennett dress with a matching jacket, which noticeably boasts this season’s peplum trend.

Of course, no outfit is totally complete without a proper hat and, on this occasion, Catherine chose a black James Lock number to match her pumps.

Let’s hope that the start of this tour means plenty more stylish Catherine sightings.

Yes, it definitely looks more green than navy to me. My only qualm with the outfit is that it seems a little big on her, but perhaps it was straight off the rack.

Normally I hate her accessorizing, but here I think everything works. And its age appropriate!

I am still looking for the perfect pair of courts but for me suede isn't always the wisest, any marks will show quickly and in London the weather changes so quickly....even waterproofed, not a great idea to get them wet.

Kate looks so relaxed and in her element in sporty mode. Then she just puts on a navy jacket and cool scarf (and different shoes of course!) and looks fabulous!

And I ADORE this latest dress! The color is one of her usuals, but the details--pleating, the waist tie, the neck embellishment--make it really special. She looks gorgeous!
