The bag looks fake I've seen the bag and the lock look too shiny.The lock is kinda tarnisy and dull.

Have you seen this bag in any US stores? Can you tell from the tag if it is from this season? (Pic from ebay, seller Leshent...he refers to it as Red Travel Large)

The tag says it is a 2005 bag, the 05 indicates 2005.

The seller sells authentic merchandise, I have heard this on the p-blog and do not have personal experience with the seller.

It sure looks like a great travel bag though.

Whose SKU is that though, the Chloe bags that I have do not have sticky tags placed over the Chloe print, you can compare this with the zippys you have at home SoCal.

I read the fine print of the auction on the red travel bag a bit closer; it indicated bag was purchased at Chloe NYC. I took another look at the measurements as well...it is even wider than my zippy! Oh, I mean my zippys...

Have you looked at the zippy (bouling bag) on LVR? Does there seem to be a difference between the ones currently available (exhibit 1 and 2, pics from LVR) and those identified as small bouler bags available March (exhibit 3 and 4, pics from LVR)?

What a practical question! (Was wondering why LVR did not post measurements...well, clicking on the "need more info" does help...)

Large bouling handbag in cm (1195 euros 48 (L) x 22 (H) x 14 (W)
Small boulling handbag in cm (1225 euros 37 (L) x 20 (H) x 19 (W)

To redeem myself, I will convert to inches (w/ assistance from yahoo...)

A bit more LVR "amusement"...yes, my zippy would be the large (although not as large as the LVR measurements indicate...had to go compare mine after locating size information). I am loving the zippy. I am "investigating" the new colors to best determine if noir is "definite" for zippy #2. I checked with NM today and they do not show the zippy in the spring colors indicated by LVR for the small bouler.

ALERT: New season Chloe bags will increase price. My SA called me today asking me whether I want to be on the waiting list for new season(Fall maybe?) paddy . She said new colors will be taupe,grey...and the price will go out around 20 to 30 dollars more. I was like Chloe increase the sale price every season. At this point, I don't blame LV since they only do it once a year..Ugh...

SoCal, I have decided to keep the choclate since I have had a tan silverado tote and a honey spy.So I need more wamr chocolate brown. Thanks and it is really a great bag and the only paddy style that I feel in love with.

Heres a question, I read somewhere in this thread that this years Paddys, the Anthracite in particular, have a 10 digit date code rather then 6, is this correct??? If so, how has this been done, do the now put the whole year, like 01-2006??? Would love to know so I can check out the stamp of the bag Im looking at buying. Thanks for all yoru great help!

that is horrible!!! and to add to that, its not like their quaility are superb!! i wonder when will the stop making paddingotns! i wished that this spring-summer would be the last season since that designer is elaving house of chloe but noooooooooo i wanted it to end sooner so with people that owns the bag it would feel more unique and stuff oh well

I think its a string of numbers that mean date, batch, style and season? no idea, I didnt even look at mine. gimme a minute and i'll post them

nope, mines only 6 digits 01 06 53. But my noir has 10 digits
