Chloe Paddington Bags (February 2005 - March 2010)

I think there are to many being made. I've seen them in several stores just sitting there as well as on line.

Its a great bag and I will continue to use mine but there are just to many around.

Bluefly.com has the cream, gold and whiskey for $1200.00.

haha..no probsssss...us girls gotta stick together~ XDD i love how here wen yu want to talk about handbags ppl actually take yu seriously...my bf always yawns wen i start talking about a hangbag i want to get or anything related to handbags >.<" and yeah..i got my paddington at HR..i dunno ne other place i fully trust that sells authentic chloe~~ at first it was hard..the first couple of seasons the bag was out..but now...its juss sitting there..many colours avaliable too..no more of that crazy waitlist or wutever..ahha..the hype has died down...~~ their new bags..r pretty stiff..the leather i mean..i dont really like it..the colours r nice..but its not soft like my old cream one ne more...keep us updated on how that danier stuff worked to clean off your bag!

On Luisaviaroma.com they have new bags for autumn/winter - great colours but they have the normal ones and then others - 'vachette' - does anyone know the difference? I think it's the leather thanks.xx

this is ridiculous! they shoudlntve made THATMuch i am SO ready to sell my bag now, ebay? how much should I quote it for? I want an hermes JPG >< but for now I sitll really lovemy chloe paddingtin but notonly did thye make too many authentic ones but theeyre making too many fakeones too!!

Agree - I have an 05 sable and the leather is scrumptious - it's slightly pebbled and squishy soft. I it.

i have to say last seasons paddington is def nicer, it is more soft and buttery and weinkly, as this season it is more stiff and for the style of the paddington, it is nucer when it is wrinkly and soft, last seasons bag pratically 'collapses' when you put it on a table.

I think craie is nicer, its more eleant since it is not as yellowie as the blanc. the craie is more beigie vanilla a slightish smalsmall pinkish tone but not the sable color. Some people cant tell between craie and blanc but some can, espeically if you put them side by side =)

Bluefly is selling alot of fakes - there has been alot of discussion on some of the other tfs threads. I wouldn't buy ANY bag from them.

So does aloharag.com sell authentic chloé bags? I'm currently working (though it's my summer holiday) to be able to buy a paddy from them, but I need to know if they sell authentic ones!

Check out pg.1149 of the balenciaga thread - there have been alot of other posts too on the Bluefly authenticity issue but I don't know exactly where. I think it's been determined that not all of their bags are fake and that maybe they (Bluefly) have been duped themselves. Regardless of how or why, the consensus has been not to buy from them - at least not the handbags.

hi all, has any1 seen or know the chloe paddington.. i saw it in david jones, about 13 inch wide and quite square-ish in shape.. it's chocolate brown but with a tiny padlock, silver zips and brass hardware. also, it has a mirror on the inside and a flat pocket on the front n back of the bag. =) it's been reduced from AUD2155 to 1250!! .. should i go for it ??? what's this particular model called? i forgot to take a pic =(

winter? stock before a price increase & the other bag is spring 06?
I was looking at some earlier this spring and there were a few in the same style with different prices. That was the reason then.

chic_chick - I think the one yousaw is the "Loft" style but it is a small one. I saw two the other days in chocolate and whisky. It's quite small though but if you like it I would say go for it.

Btw mind you some member owned this style in the large one but decided to sell it later on because she found that to accessing inside the bag you need both hands to open the zippers and you can't leave the zipper unziped like the original paddington.

If it has a mirror, it was the vanity case style bag. It really is boxey and not very useful. Save your money unless you can return the bag if you don't like it.

so the darker grey was a Winter at lower old price, and the lighter is Spring plus $$$. thanks pinkie!!

i like that dark grey color a lot too. :/ oh well.
