hello, just a quick question, has anyone had any success in getting a new lock and key if their old one had chipping and peeling? I called up their Sloane Street store and i asked what i could do and suggested getting a new lock and key or get it repaired and they told me it was just usual wear and tear on the bag, I've only used it a couple of times and I bought it last year so they won't take it back.

my paddington had bad peeling on the lock and other hardware - I took it in to Sloane St and they sent it to Paris for repair. You should definately call them again - its not acceptable in a £800 bag!

yeah, i said that to the girl and she put me on to the manager and he said the same, so i emailed Chloe and they said to call my nearest store, so i said i live in Scotland and i don't have any stores near me and that I had already called Sloane Street and i said in the email that they said they couldn't repair it and I haven't heard back from them since. Did they give you a new lock and key? and how much did it cost? Sorry for all the qu's, but I'm really annoyed that they said it was just wear and tear!

I emailed Kirna Zabete they have pocket paddy in Whiskey and Tan
and a few other styles I don't remember if anyone wants me to paste the list let me know!
The pocket paddy's were under 1000 about 900

ok guys i remeber promising this girl thatt id post pictures of my paddington that is from the AUTMN 2005 collection when the leather is still very soft buttery and so soft that when you ptu it down it totally collapses.









see how wrinkly and soft it is?

Anyway, in the pictures there's a Princess Madeleine from Sweden with her white paddy - is it just me or does her paddy look like a fake???

Oh no....my pictures arent showing I'm really bad with technical things. I was just so amazed when I saw these pictures, I couln't believe a royalty would carry a fake so I wanted to hear other opinions. Hi Everyone! The thread on my pocket paddy on the inside zipper pull is unraveling! I'm afraid it will keep unraveling and fall off eventually. Below are some pics. Is this something that I can return to the store to have exchanged? I got the bag about a month ago from NM. Sorry it's a bit hazy; it's taken with my camera phone as I am at work =).
