90mins hot yoga.. amazing
Walked & ran 2.5 miles.
ran 4.5 miles and did some leg weights
A combination of running/walking/jogging for 3.8 miles.
1 hour yogalates, 3 hours violin.
3.6 miles of running/walking on the treadmill.
1 hour power walk with my doggy.
^ I wish that had been my workout! I miss my pup. I ran 3.5 miles this morning before work.
half hour powerplate, 1 hour powerwalk, 3 hours violin.
Went on a leisurely bike ride for an hour (about 18 miles). Cycling is one of my favorite things to do in the summer.
sooo tired today but I ran 2.5 miles

but today i started excericising.

believe me, i was almost death after it hahha

30 free weights, sit ups and lunges at home
