elna is definitely top 15 (if not winner/runner-up; considering all their past editions, they certainly have a "type") material for sure!

I really would prefer that they have more diversity in the top spot.

Elite has got to be one of the most diverse TOP agencies, next to, *maybe*, IMG? - so it's really strange to see this 'White Brunette, White Brunette, and an African' pattern in the EML top three (see last years Winners).
