Actor/musician ones- Sturridge, Miller, Garfield etc. This kind of thing is quite popular in London in general judging from the rumors, it's not seen as a HW thing (past examples like Bettany etc), just artistic circle one that most of the times doesnt turn into too bad of a habit, sometimes tho..(Sturridge) I agree there's a definitive antagonistic view toward general HW life, but the practice of these recreational stuff is no different to any other place in world and is again fashionable after the early 90s.
Anyhow, i really dont see Carey as a meanie in any possible situation and i like her a lot, so i really hope its not her. Also, would she be considered B list at this point considering her steady line of projects and high acclaim she gets for them?

I think so. The letter-rating system has gotten so crazily specific (I can't get over that "+++" in a BI from last week), but if we're talking about the US, traditionally A-list would be people like Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Julia Roberts. People whose name would be enough to greenlight a project. An up-and-comer who has name recognition but is still not established (like Fanning or Mulligan) would be a B IMO.

I don't know what the UK scene is like these days, but I remember back in the '80s, it was notorious for everyone doing copious amounts of everything. They were just better at not getting caught than their H-wood counterparts.

yeah, i think you're right. she's not that widely recognized yet. that plays the biggest impact despite the fact she gets more praise for movies than most of the A-listers nowadays all together. i don't think that Elle would be a B-lister tho. i mean, she did a side role in Super 8 (and that didn't have a groundbreaking reviews or boxoffice results) and was a lead in Somewhere which wasn't accepted/seen as much, but other than that...she has a nice projects upcoming, but still far from Carey's position, IMO.

I agree, in that I can see her indulging in this recreational behaviour, but I don't know if I can picture her calling a 15 year old a b****. (Does it say a lot about me if that part of the BI disturbs me more than the activity we're not allowed to talk about? B))

My guess for this one is Gael Garcia Bernal. Some snooping found that his wife gave birth to their second child this April, and the only B-list actress/co-star that I could figure was British actress Lucy Punch. She and Gael were in the movie A Little Bit of Heaven together.

Honestly, I didn't even know who she was until an hour ago. Just learned on IMDb that she was in a movie with Gael (and in Horrible Bosses) and I was more trying to narrow down the Latin actor with a wife who'd recently given birth to another child.

it was something along the lines that GGB asked for paternity test and then decided not to take it in the end and then they got another kid.

There is absolutely no way Lucy Punch is B-list! It must be somebody else other than Gael, or a different actress.
