bella - so sorry the items were seized. was it a lot of stuff? luckily, the sellers we primarily work with (catty, t&d, jacky) are very good about dealing with this issue. it's one reason that makes me weary of dealing with other sellers. actually, i've never ordered from catty, but i know from her reputation in this thread, she provides great CS when she can.

Thanks! She was really great about sending the items back out. It was 2 speedy's & a wallet. I know what you mean. There are many sellers who won't do that or will just replace half the value.

I know that if you have a package seized in the U.S., they will flag your address for roughly a two-week period, but I'm not much help with other countries, sorry! Hopefully your new package will get through!!

bella08: If your package never left Guangzhou, then it was seized by CHINESE customs and you don't need to worry!!

Yeah I was thinking that. It's now in the U.S. awaiting customs, so I should have it in a few days. YAY!

It's so good that Catty replaces the parcels if they're seized, I wouldn't have expected her to do that!

Talking of delivery issues, Parcelforce have apparently delivered my bag, for which someone else has signed. God knows who has it, as they didn't put a card through my door to say where it was. The webiste tells me it was delivered, and shows the name and signature of the person who signed for it, and I have no clue who they are or where they live.

Parcelforce are closed, so I need to wait until tomorrow to find out what's going on

^they are still doing fine, sometime ioffer just do that, clear out everything. if u have their email, just shoot them an email and you will hear from them within 12hrs

So Catty actually REPLACES your items free of charge when they are seized?! That's amazing! That really changes everything, now I'm not afraid of ordering anymore. The only thing that kept me away from ordering was that it could be seized by customs, I live in the Netherlands and customs is really strict over here.

I am the SAME way.... Paypal is just so much easier and I feel so much more secure... I wish Jacky would take it as well. Oh well! The U.S. customs scares me so much since last Christmas. My brother's friend ordered a hockey jersey for me from overseas and customs seized it and sent him a letter telling him they were going to issue him a $10,000 fine if they caught him again. There were only like 3 jerseys in the box (And I had to run out RIGHT before christmas to buy my SO another one!) I get so nervous.

...Yet I still can't stop shopping! I want amethyst to be sent out NOW...

They're exactly like the real thing, only about $80 instead of $300-400. I have one, and it's identical to all of my real ones. ^^ (I LOVE hockey.) In China.... you can find a decent rep of ANYTHING... It's kind of funny
