Are the handles of the City with RH long enough to be carried on the shoulders? I'm a bit confused because the handle seems too short for shoulder-carry, and most use the long strap.

Yet, I do remember seeing a photo of a TPF member pose with her City in RH, in which the handles were slung on her shoulders and they seemed to fit just nicely.

Any advice?

I always wear my Bbags on my shoulder with the handles. The strap works allright, but I always feel like the bag itself easily slips and moves around when I use the shoulder strap... For reference, I'm 5'4.

Here's a small picture of me wearing my City on my shoulder! The sweater is a thick cardigan - that's why my arm looks squished against the bag I find it very comfortable wearing my City this way...!

about the color, i'm pretty sure the color is different than the first batch magenta though..it's really more purplish tone irl..

you're definitely right. if your pics show the true color of amethyst irl, then it's definitely more purple than the first batch magenta and not quite as saturated. at any rate, the leather is killer and it's a fabulous bag! enjoy!

Can someone clear this up for me?
Do the Work bags EVER come with the Silver Tag inside rather than the leather tag with heatstamp?
My EB Work arrived yesterday (with added pen marks) and i've only just noticed it's got a silver plate/tag inside.
Am confused...

if the pen marks are SILVER or grey in color, they will rub off with some leather cleaner.. or (not to be gross) saliva.

misspisc- my City always feels like it's gonna fall off when I use the shoulder strap too, so I use the handles on my shoulders a lot. feels more secure that way.

The bag was only $68, I think I paid 450 EUROS when I got the auth!! so it's an excellent value for money woot woot!

mm07: can you wear the first easily over your shoulder? because I'm really skinny and when I slide it over my shoulder it's a pit pushing on my armpit - do you stretch the handles?

Yeah, I'm thin too, but I don't feel comfortable wearing my First over my shoulder, it feels too tight. I wouldn't want to stretch the handles

I ordered a City, I'll report how I feel about wearing it on the shoulder.

sorry it has taken so long, but here eventually are the chloe python paraty pics that people requested. apologies for the pic of me in pj's!

the bag measures approx 15' across at the bottom of the bag, and 11 at the top. it is 10' tall and the width is about 9'.

I am a UK size 8, so you can get an idea of how big it is compared to me when i am holding it....hope this helps!
