So, you're planning to get an auth Miu Miu bow? Did you feel like Jacky's wasn't close enough to auth? That's the type of bag I'd be willing to pay auth price for too. If there's not a rep of incredible quality, buying auth makes sense. I'd love to get feedback on the quality of Jacky's though!! Oh! And thank you so much for being willing to post pics of your auth Damier Speedy! I decided not to get it right now, but I'd still love to see any pics of the bag if they're not a pain to take/post (I know you've got your hands full right now)!

I honestly don't know, I have been wanting that bag for such a long time, it's totally me and therefore I would like to get an authentic. I think that the price is pretty reasonable as well. However, the only problem is that I prefer the ones from the first season, with matte leather and gold hardware. I don't like last season's silver hardware and I also don't like glazed leather, so I'm waiting for a new release of colours or a preowned bag in good condition. I hope they will redo the bags from the first season. I did a lot of research and compared lots of pics of authentics with J's Sughero Bow and I do think that it is a really good rep. It's just that I want to get an authentic Bow

Got my Turq bag! While it's lovely (aside from a mark on the front & on the bottom I'm not too pleased about) Miss AG is still my favorite. Anyways... here's a picture from my phone... will try to make better photos later.

Maybe this is a total non issue, but I think some would be more inclined to post pics if they knew their purchase wouldn't be dissected....?

oh, of course, which is why i just don't comment on most bags, good or bad. unless someone blatantly says, "tell me what's wrong with this bag?" and even then, i simply point out the flaws i notice. i would never tear apart a rep because as i've said before whether i can carry my bag into a boutique or not, me and the girl carrying the hideous LV mono are still BOTH carrying fakes, bottom line. i'm no better.

fan - if you're in the u.s., you just go to a WU place, fill out a form, give them the cash, they give you a number, you bring it home and email it to jacky and you have your bags in about a week. it's really seamless.

While on the subject of posting pics....I feel like it can be hurtful for some members who just want to share pics of their bags (since we all beg for pics and love seeing them) to have them picked apart and scrutinized. Some people want and appreciate the feedback, other's don't. Maybe we could have a system when people post pics and say "Just for fun" or something and then people who want their bag critiqued can say so... Idk. members have the ability to share pictures without hearing comments via the ioffer pictures only thread, which has been here for a while...

i also think people need to be take a bit more responsibility for themselves...
anytime you post anything online, you are opening yourself up to being criticized or commented on...it's the risk you take...
members should be mature enough to comment respectfully, or at least follow the old adage, 'if you don't have anything nice to say...'

I wasn't calling you out though! That's why I put that portion of my post separately. I realize that you make a point not to jump right in and point out flaws. But I realize that many people want the flaws pointed out so that they're aware of them (which I totally understand) and there are MANY members here (myself included) who benefit from your knowledge and eye for detail! I really appreciate your opinion and that's why I've specifically asked for it before. I was suggesting people who don't want their bag critiqued can give a little disclaimer just so none of us hurt feelings....but I wasn't trying to put it on you.

Dangermouse Don't hold your breath! I didn't get a direct quote but I'm thinking amy is still in one piece somewhere in the T&D stock room
I hope I'm wrong You might want to buy that new black city if you need a T&D fix to keep you going.
