IMO, those bags look really fake. I cannot put my finger on what exactly I don't like, this is just my overall impression. Sorry for being so vague.

TrendHaven: Jacky's Balenciaga would stick out like a sore thumb among people who know Balenciaga bags. Tse's Chanel isn't as good as Jacky's IMO and people here who know Chanel better than the Chanel SA's recommend Jacky for Chanel as well.

I finally got my Day!! Its gorgeous, the leather is the thickest among all my bbags, both auth and from t&d. BUT one of the handle came not attached to the bag and I found the screws loose. I tried attaching it back but I cant can somebody assist me in this? I'll post pictures if you like. Thanks ladies!!

Try comparing those with my pics and J's pics. I don't think his pics are showing an authentic bag, it's his rep. What I have noticed is that authentic Sugheros have leather that is a bit more grainy, J's leather is not grainy at all, it is very smooth.

I think the grainy/pebbled leather is the first season bow..the second season is smooth leather, and now it's glazed leather..the stitching color on J's pics is correct like in auth, but none who bought the bag seem to have it right. and i remember someone got her bow with sewn strap while J's pics are not sewn. so that's what I thought...

I emailed T&D, and they told me to put some superglue in the hole, and hammer the screw into place. Has anyone tried this before? i'm kind of scared of trying, dont want to ruin the bag.. Mine is the RH Day by the way.. Thanks for the help!!

pics will help, as i'm not completely clear on what you're saying. that said, i would take it to a shoe repair before i went at it myself. it sounds (from what i can tell) simple enough that they would be able to fix it.

I did it myself on City RH , post pic's if you can to see if your problem is the same like mine

chocolate was one of the very first colors T&D did...people were really happy with the color, but some of the other details (that they've since fixed) were off...
raisin is a brand new color for fall 09...i told them i would love one, but i'm not holding my breath...
there's a new style i like called the street, which is a new version of the bowling...i'm on the wait list for an authentic RH one...

OMG! OMG! OMG! I just saw this "street" bag a few days ago at Holt Renfrew. They had it in officier? I think? It's so cute! I really love it. They also had a raisin midday that I thought about (just for a second) sticking under my dress and making a run for it!

i dont know what about you but it is unacceptable to me, send it back and they must fix it for u or send a replacement at their cost
