I ordered the turquoise First too!
The first DOES have the mirror though...but it's detachable. I don't get the point in the mirrors personally and don't use them on either of my other 2 Firsts...

Does anyone have a Weekender? Are they as awesome as everything else by T&D or need I ask...?

I wouldn't mind a Weekender in a dark colour like navy or brown or black.
I'd like to carry something a little more stylish than my Lonsdale London bag now that I'm no longer 20

the weekender is the greatest bbag for me. i can wear it EVERYDAY for months. i love the size, there are so much space when you need it and doesnt look big when unstuffed. i can say beside the handles (just like every other bag), everything seems correct

thanks the First is big enough for me for every day to-from work, but the Weekender would be great for the days I need to bring an extra change of clothes or shoes as well.

Based on b_yorkie's glowing recommendations in the past of the weekenders, I placed my order last week for a black one with RH. I adore the way they look in the pictures I've seen over at tpf. It would be lovely if I could get it before we leave on vacation mid August, but I realize that is way unrealistic.

T&D told me yesterday they will "most likely" redo anthracite in the fall, as it was a very popular color...
they don't have any more left...

thanks for posting the pic of the street malena...there is also a larger version of the street called the office that is a bit bigger than the mid-day...
i wish the mid-day came in RH...i'm not a fan of giant hardware...

I leave in France and i took my t&d bag Manu Times in plane and never had any problems. Nice is a city where Manu fanes bags are sild tht's why custom are vert strict

Nice is a beautiful city and I have seen some amazing things. I have also seen quite a few lovely bags. It is illegal to carry fake bags over here in France - I was greeted by a big poster as I got off the plane. COUNTERFEITS ARE ILLEGAL. 3000 EUROS FINE FOR SELLING BUYING OR EVEN CARRYING ONE.
I was carrying my EB Work at the time as hand luggage and freaked out a little I quickly turned it around so I had the back facing outwards.

How on earth do they police something like that? Are the police trained to authenticate ALL designers?

LOVING the mystery and speculation behind T&D. Will the real Tony and Dom please stand up?! Brilliant. I think that many people send out their emails. Some I receive are really friendly and chatty and some are... well let's just say... Short
I do know that they have a cat - if this helps on discovering their true identity?!

Apart from the 4 colours that the boys have released, have they confirmed any other colours they will consider doing? I am not a fan of the latest release. I'm needing some stronger colours. And I need to get some giddy posting done - but these new colours aint floating my boat.
I am gutted I missed out on Anthracite. Has anyone got a spare one hiding under their bed...?

Just one more thing (Columbo Style)... can some one please post a picture of the inside of their City? I am freaking out a little after reading MaLena's post about her dodgy First bbag with the weird pocket inside.
I just need to check mine is right. I can't afford the 3000 Euros Fine if I get stopped on my travels today!

i'm not a fan of the street either. so boxy. i do like a tote i saw at tpf and at barneys. it's only with RH, but i don't think the majority would like it. bluefly just calls it a large tote. i would also love a mid-day. they're kind of boxy, but also kind of slouchy and not as long as the brief.

jacky has put up MANY chanel mini flaps for anyone who is interested.

yes I brought it to the cobbler, who used some glue and a hammer, and $2 later, the bag is as new its now the most gorgeous bag i own, even among my auths thanks for the supports and compliments ladies!!

yes, and i did not actually like Argent that much, just took a chance and ordered it based on reviews. Once its here, I fell in LOVE. Its my first RH too!

I'm just sad I missed out on anthra. So if anybody gets bored of their Anthra RH day, do let me know

chelsita: I know!! I was trying to hold off and be good and wait until the next batch of colors came out. But then I started obsessing over a weekender and asked them what colors they were doing in that style and that's when I found about the new black leather. So happy now!!
