Well, I know the Chanels from that catalogue are supposed to be the best on the market ("imported" leather used on the outside and interior) and Catty has confirmed it recently via email, hence the high price tag. The medium classic flap has the finest stitching and nearly perfect details of any rep I've seen. These are the same bags that Fangfang carries, FYI, and many other sellers on taobao etc. They seem to start at $250 and up w/o shipping. Catty has even more in her Picasa account, but that's only what I know about the Chanels. I assume, it's also true about the others.

Anyone else have input on Catty's superbags, but specifically the LV Azur speedy? Is the color and alignment good? Or recommendations for who has a good one? Thanks!

I need some help to decide if I should get a 09 Antra GGH Work. For those who got 09 Antra GH Work from the boys, how is its leather? Does the color spot on? I am thinking to add that into my current order (Marine Mid Day) but am not sure if those two colors are too close? TIA.

^^ I haven't purchased, but I *think* Joy has good Azur. Not sure though. She does have the Azur neverfull though. *eyes credit card warily* So... I'd probably check her site and see if the colors look good to you. They look good to me. Cream and blue...

I have a anthra 09 rh work and today recieved a new to me anthra 09 city GGH there are pics of these anthras in the picture thread.
And I posted the anthra 09 GGH city a couple of pages back...hope this helps you.
Both bags have thick, matte, smooshy leather, love them both, i also have an anthra 07 GGH work (1st batch) also gorgeous leather, thats also on the picture thread for a comparision.

I mean there going to be kinda similiar...but different at the same time (If that makes any sense?) the anthra is more of a grey/black and the marine is more of a navy from what i can see. The 2 colored HW's will add to making it look different.

Dianochka: Both babybluestar and SMKelly have recently purchased Damier Azur items. Check back 3-5 days ago I can't remember if there are pictures or not.

my anthra 09 city is starting to look greyish now - i'm not sure if it's due to the hand balm i've been applying on it for the yummy smell! but it definitely doesn't resemble the officier or marine now, to me.

If you do a search for 'birkin' under this thread and the other 3, you'll find some GREAT birkin blabs. As for Jacky's Birks, I've been told to stay away from them. The angled stitching (///) is not uniform on his bags which would be a dead giveaway. Instead, try Catty and Joy. There are a few other Birk dealers that were recommended but I can't remember them offhand. As for what you get w/ Jacky, I believe you get everything except the Birkin box and the raincoat/rain protection that comes with an auth Birk.

If not could you post again? would love to see how it differs, as I am getting a new to me anthra 09 GH city and want to know if the marine is different enough to warrant me crossing over to marinaville

Bagalicious- yes my anthra09 has alot of blue undertones in it for sure if you look on post #1417 but I think you'll see it better on #1446 l'm also getting Marine city gsh I do think it's more of a true navy color, hth's

thesiren: If you order the Amy city w/GGH now you most likely will not get in until February sometime. The boys are waiting on Hardware for many bags - they advised me of this. Say you have your bag in March. I think you would start carrying it in March. That is early Spring. I honestly think that the Amethyst color can be carried all year round.

i spoke with the boys tonight and there's still one ame city with GGH left. it's on it's way to me now! seriously, this bag screams out to me from the screen, so i may as well have it in my hands. we'll figure out how i wear it once it's here. i seldom do impulse purchases like this, so i figured what the hell. i almost went with RH, but the GGH just glows. i agree that ame can be worn year round, and i love neon brights in the winter, but my issue is the vibe of the bag just doesn't flow with the coats i'm doing atm. may have to cruise NAP since i've been such a good fashion girl lately (meaning i don't buy everything that's bright and shiny).

i really wish the boys would do something in black with covered hardware. i may just have to do an auth soon.
