Jovovich-Hawk for Target

i'm really anxious to see this collection! very different designer than anything they've done before.

xoxo

in the new issue of glamour with kate hudson on the cover there is an image of a "converse for target" carpenter pants...

could we be getting stuck with converse instead of jovovich hawk?

to make matters worse there was a target.com/go URL next to it...

i hope this is a clerical error on behalf of glamour magazine...

Edit: Maybe this isnt part of Go international. maybe this is something that will be in the xhilration section

i am still confused!

oooh no i hope not!!

This whole story is so strange. Didn't Milla make a comment about this deal? Otherwise, I'd be skeptical over its authenticity.

Well if it isn't a rumor, it will be in stores soon! January 5 it says Featherston leaves which I don't know if that means the new stuff comes in on that day or the next... I haven't seen any ads or commercials for the line though... has anyone else?

Oh I hope that the Jovovich-Hawk collection will happen!
But yet it's puzzling at the same time as to what will fill the gap between the EF GO collection and the Jovovich-Hawk one, if it's indeed the next one???

The Converse thing is probably not for the GO International collection. Its probably just another line like Isaac Mizarah. At least it BETTER be otherwise that seriously sucks.

From the info I received, it looks like it will be similar to Isaac's setup. It is described as the "latest designer collaboration for Target", and it will be shoes and clothing.

Oh good. I wondering whats taking them so long with the Jovovich-Hawk photos? Does anyone know when they will have it? The other collection is gone now so it shouldnt be to long.

All this talk is making me even more curious than I was before. With the amount of time it's taking for information to come out, I say this collection ought to be better than the previous ones combined.

I wish they would do more of these exciting collaborations with designers for the mens dept.

We get Mossimo and Keenan Duffy:sick:

So today was officially the last day of Featherston. My sister called the Target nearby to see if they had gotten the new line in and no one knew what she was talking about and after being put on hold and transfered to two other people, they hung up on her!! GRRR! Why is there so little known about this line? I was looking at the arrival/departure dates of all the other lines and they all ended one day and started the next... no gaps in bewteen. Hopefully we'll find something out soon!

^ Today was the last day? Drat! I knew I should have taken those "Departing Soon!" advertisements more seriously.

I think It wont be out before the mercedes benz new york fashionweek in february because I have read that they will show the video for their target collection their .
And it makes no sense to put out the collection before showing the video , so we probably have to wait until the mid of february or begin of march to buy this clothes :-)

(which is by the way fine to me because I will have more money then to spend on their clothes then :-) )

She plans to shoot the TV commercial for the Target Jovovich-Hawk collection in Los Angeles this winter and have it shown during the New York Mercedes Benz Fall '08 Fashion Week in February.

and please excuse my bad english

There was a month in between Behnaz Sarafpour and Proenza Schouler collections last winter, so I expect they're doing something similar in between the Erin and Jovovich-Hawk as well, though maybe a bit longer.

there's a little go international graphic up at target.com/go with a "who's next" box. if you click on "get details" it says the date of arrival is 3/2/2008. there's a blurb as well:

"Friends for over 13 years, these L.A.-based designers launched their first clothing collection in 2003. Their designs of classic shapes, striking prints and playful finishes have already gained a fan base of chic women 'round the globe."
