Here's something I think is interesting. Paulina Porizkova gave a recent interview in which she discusses aging, plastic surgery, and Naomi Campbell. I have included excerpts below. Here is a link to the full article.

If there's one thing Paulina Porizkova learned from her experience as a model, it's that being beautiful can get awfully ugly.

So says the '80s cover girl in a scathing new interview in which she groans about growing older, slams her fellow supermodels and disses celebrities with bad plastic surgery.

"Nothing ages as poorly as a beautiful woman's ego," the 45-year-old Czech tells the New York Post. "When you have used your beauty to get around, it's like having extra cash in your back pocket.

Porizkova's luck was no better when she became a judge on 'America's Next Top Model' in 2008. Fired after just one season, she later complained that host Tyra Banks didn't speak to her when the cameras were off.

The mom of two, who is married to singer Ric Ocasek, is equally harsh when it comes to fellow model Naomi Campbell. "I have nothing kind to say about Naomi," says Porizkova, who intentionally distanced herself from the supermodel supergroup that was once Campbell, Christy Turlington and Linda Evangelista.

"I was always asked to be bunched in there but I didn't want to be part of the herd. The only one I really had a problem with, though, was Naomi ... When she was starting out, she was the most obsequious ***-kisser there was, and two years later, she was like, 'I don't know your name.'"

And don't even get her started on supermodel Janice Dickinson. "She was one of the most beautiful girls you've ever seen in your whole life," says Porizkova. "Now she looks like a transvestite."

Porizkova is slightly kinder when discussing current catwalk queen Gisele Bündchen, though she believes the Brazilian bombshell's days are numbered now that she's made motherhood a priority over modeling.

"Gisele," Porizkova declares, "is already a goner."

Sports Illustrated supermodel Jessica White was arrested Saturday morning after she allegedly hit a woman repeatedly in the face in a vicious catfight over a taxi outside a downtown club.
White, who's been dating Sean Penn, was charged with misdemeanor assault and released after allegedly yanking the woman's hair and striking her face with her hand.
According to witnesses, White walked to 10th Avenue at about 4:50 a.m. to hail a taxi after leaving a Chelsea club. But while standing on the corner of West 17th Street, she got into a dispute with "a 28-year-old woman."

White, a rough-and-tumble native of Buffalo, is no stranger to trouble with the law. According to reports, she once allegedly damaged a girl's car with a baseball bat during an argument when she was a teenager.
Fashion-industry insiders describe the swimsuit beauty as a "firecracker." "She was troublesome on shoots," said one source. "She would chain-smoke on set, snap at the hairdressers and the makeup artists. She changed agencies several times because she's supposedly difficult to work with."
White has been represented by IMG Modeling, One Model Management, Wilhelmina Models and Elite Model Management, and recently re-signed with IMG.
Her on-again, off-again boyfriend Penn is a hothead himself, having had several run-ins with paparazzi. In February, he was sentenced to three years' probation and 300 hours of community service for kicking a photographer. His fiery relationship with ex-wife Madonna led the pair to be dubbed "The Poison Penns."
Reps for IMG deferred comment to White's lawyer, Jeffrey Mennen, who said, "The police report doesn't sound like Jessica, and she must have been provoked."

I actually liked Paulina until now.....She's so fake and phony that its pathetic...If any of you can recall she was just in a article in Vogue for the Issue dedicated to the Supermodel May 2009 where Naomi, Lauren, Paulina, Hilary, Caroline & Karlie all sat down for lunch...If u hated Naomi so much then why were you dining with her and recalling yall former days as Supers... "Paulina, I see you didnt mind being thrown into that herd, did ya"? And besides Paulina you cleary didnt fit in with the Trinity or the Big Six....Stephanie Seymour already had your look down packed!

It appears that Paulina is bitter she has no jobs waiting, No Covers nor campaigns. Not even any interesting editorials all she has is mediocre interviews to do so its no wonder she hates Gisele, Naomi, Tyra, and the rest of the Legendary Top Models...they're still as important as they were over a decade ago!
