Most likely magazine spreads. They pay little to nothing, but are good if you want to stay relevant and get ad campaigns.

Yes, but I'm pretty sure it was meant to be Gisele. It was her last VSFS. The girls rehearse this and they HAVE to be in a specific order due to the fact they do two tapings. If KK decided to go first then the footage would be messed up. The models can't just make these decisions for themselves.

If I can recall too, during the finale of the VSFS05, Adriana was supposed to be behind Tyra and KK even pushed Adriana to be in the correct order. It can be seen here at 5:15 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOdBoQclg9o
