Model Behavior (PLEASE READ POST #1 BEFORE POSTING)

^I don't think that's the video, Alber just fix the way she's carrying the bag, when he could scream rudely at Abbey, he's known for being really down to hearth and sweet. And Abbey looks ok.

Wasn't there something about the shoes that season too? I remember models like Freja and Abbey couldn't walk in the sky high heels and Alber had to replace the shoes with flats last minute.

a comment from the video
I saw in a french documentary that Alber Elbaz start yelling at her because she was looking very bad and was walking very bad, so she starts crying in backstage, and she only had one look during the show. It was because of the terrible shoes she was wearing, you can see that they replace most of the shoes with flats. It was painful to see our beautiful Abbey crying :(

^ That's very interesting!
Alber Elbaz is said to be a very polite and sweet person and I think it's not the easiest to make Abbey, who always seems so strong, cry either.
I'm wondering what the situation was like: whether Alber was yelling the hell out of her or whether she had a bad day, etc.

^he told her she looked bad (sickly) on top of that she couldn't walk in the shoes. A lot of the models couldn't walk but from the video it seemed as if it was other issues that we probably cant discuss were going on

Wow, I'd loooove to see the video, it's hard to believe, since she looks really strong and mature and Alber seems so sweet.
So it has to be Spring 2011, they changed the heels for the flats that season but not only with Abbey, but other models.

^I've seen her cry a lot! There's another video and she's crying. She was tired probably, I don't blame her, she walked a lot of shows back then.
I remember Natasha Poly crying backstage at Diesel S/S 2007 because she was late and Renzo Rosso scolded at her.

I recall Abbey Lee actually needed knee surgery after her fall at the Rodarte show. So she definitely would be feeling bad if she had to be forced to wear painful shoes. She opted out of that McQueen show with those armadillo shoes because of that, too.

Yea I remember that video. She was really crying! From what I understand it wasn't even her fault, the show she was at before ran over, I would think that Renzo would understand that.

That being said, I'm dying to see this video of Alber yelling at Abbey! That being said, she wasn't the only one with issues with the shoes. I remember Alber saying almost all the girls were falling. I also recall an interview where Jac Jab was talking about how she was kinda pissed she didn't get to wear flats during the show because the heels were so painful.

Well that's rude then to yell at Abbey, if many girls had problems with the shoes.
It's a riddle anyways why designers put the girls in those dangerous, sometimes way too big or way too small, heels.
