Model Behavior (PLEASE READ POST #1 BEFORE POSTING)

Here is her “scientific” research and “manifesting” methods that give her such a deep insight to “understanding”.

When is someone going to explain to this airhead that it isn't about survival rates but about the fact hospitals are so overwhelmed we are setting up makeshift ones in our most capable countries? Or the basic concept of the placebo effect?

Maybe I should start following Doutzen actually. I spent my whole 2020 in hospital having surgeries and sitting in uncomfortable beds in ICUs while she posted this nonsense from her mansion. All this time I never knew my thoughts could make me well? That would have saved me a lot of time and pain. Thanks girl

On a more serious note, sorry for any hard-working front line staff on this forum who have to see this woman rubbish all your hard work over the past year. I promise the rest of us are extremely grateful

The last slide with crayon writing is still up on her IG Stories, just saw it now along with the one of her celebrating the fact that 84% of her poll chose 'the red pill'.

I'm surprised that Instagram isn't more strict with removing these 'alternative' and downright unscientific viewpoints? Let the crazies go to Telegram, thanks!
Especially since the vaccine rollout just started. Just yesterday I read that the number of people who will refuse the vaccine is growing larger thanks to misinformation and fear being spread. In fact, it's getting so intense that employers may even require workers to show proof of immunisation before being allowed back to work, which of course I agree with because it's a public safety issue.

Not shocked that the so-called 'earth mother' models have co-signed on Doutzen's posts.......

I never like to post negative comments about people I don't know, celebrities, online but I'll glady make an exception for Doutzen. She has totally lost the plot and I am actually offended by her posts, what an awful thing to do. She must be ashamed of herself and I hope she won't get any bookings anytime soon.

I really love Doutzen as a model but as someone with a platform to millions she needs to pull her f**king head in and stop with this conspiracy crap! She needs to go visit a hospital in her home country where COVID is overwhelming the healthcare system to see that the idiotic stuff she posts isn't helping anyone!

I think it's really sad that a lot of people in fashion either aren't taking the virus seriously or exploiting it to their own narcissistic advantage. One thing 2020 has taught us is that fashion is an awful and distructic industry. It kind of makes me ashamed to even have an interests in fashion and modeling in some ways...

I totally agree, the pandemic made me change my mind about a lot of people, including designers and models. I was almost surprised that there were many models I follow on Instagram who seem to take the situation very seriously and have been staying in one place (more or less) since the pandemic began. On the other hand, there are models like Anna Mila Guyenz (to name the example that was among the most annoying for me) who have constantly been traveling after the first lockdown, not only for work but also just for New Year's. Granted, she's not as bad as Doutzen and I haven't seen her tout conspiracy theories, but she's a symptom of fashion's baffling inability to read the room, and to focus on a greater good instead of one's own narcissistic pleasure. Woke covers every once in a while just aren't enough.

That's disheartening to read about Anna. I gathered from the Vogue Germany YT vlog that she's based in Berlin but I swear she's probably the hardest working model in fashion. No two ways about that. I just don't get how she's not booking the top tier jobs? If you're going to work this hard it better be for top dollar brands and magazines. When you look at someone like Meghan Roche, who looks pretty similar to her and in fact Anna is prettier, she's everywhere. The fault must lie with Anna's management.
But yes, it's the entire system is at fault really. The client, photographer, crew who is prepared to fly in models during a pandemic.

Strange that the trashy rags like The Sun can run articles such as 'Doutzen Kroes spread Christmas cheer' but not 'Doutzen Kroes spread COVID fear and misinformation'.

One of the most responsible models during this crisis is I think Taylor Hill. Hasn't her brother been shooting her at home for promotions?

It’s her sister who is shooting her, she’s been in Nashville most of the time it seems.

^ that made me laugh out loud :rofl:.. it's not entire bad lol, probably just trying to make every expected negative turn in one's life just a little more palatable ("we're breaking up, baby" "you're fired, baby").

I missed it but last November Jessica Hart gave birth - and named her child "Baby".

I'm not sure what's worse - the cult she and her mom were involved in or naming your daugher "Baby".
I have to apologise for my country as we seem to produce so many embarrassing models: Elle, Miranda, Jess Hart  and that actually isn't even the worst part of the story...she is in a feud with someone who ALSO named their child baby

Influencers Feuding After Both Naming Their Babies ‘Baby’

What's behind this cult story?

Jessica and her mom were or are part of the Landmark Forum. I remember reading about it in a Harpers Bazaar Australia feature. It's "large group awareness training". It's similar to Scientology in the sense that the "courses" are astronomically expensive. Landmark has been described as a cult and there have been many hidden camera investigations of the undue influence and abuse Landmark holds over it's members.

I have a second cousin that got involved maybe 15 years ago which worried my family. I don't think she's part of it now thankfully.

Hopefully Jessica's new "Baby" means she doesn't have time for Landmark anymore.

and the worst thing about it is that she's feuding with a Mommy Blogger who named her child "baybi" about who had the idea first.

So in retaliation, she named her child 'Baby', thereby taking the L? LOL. Jessica can't be the sharpest knife in the drawer.
I'm trying to think of this other scandal she was also in, we definitely discussed it in one of these threads? Something to do with a nightclub owner and Natasha Poly's name was also mentioned?
